Make our venue your own

In Park 22 you will find a variety of venues that are well suited to a broad range of events, and you are welcome to rent one or more of these. Our venues have hosted conferences, courses and seminars, Christmas parties for companies and organisations, and private celebrations such as birthdays, weddings and anniversaries. And each type of event is offered with or without entertainment.

Come to think of it, you would be hard-pressed to come up with an event for which Park 22 wouldn’t be perfect! We’re situated in the heart of town, surrounded by lots of green space – which means we can also help you organise great outdoor events, weather allowing. Our facilities include Byscena, the Main Stage of Mo i Rana, with excellent sound systems and lighting, and other technology. You will also find a fully licensed bar here.

We can tailor your celebration or event to your needs and wishes. We’ll provide the food and beverages, entertainment, activities and decorations that ensure its success. With great flexibility, we address the needs of the local business community and the public sector, sports teams and other organisations, and of course visitors and the residents of our community.

Feel free to ask for a tour, and please inquire if you have any questions about Park 22. We are flexible and solution-oriented, and we do our utmost to exceed the demands of our many customers. In addition to the aforementioned venues, we offer additional opportunities through partnership with our tenants – such as Anne Gundersen and her art gallery, to mention just one example.

We always rent out our venues complete with staff, taking great care to meet the needs of our customers as well as to satisfy all regulations, such as regarding alcohol. Our experienced staff will take care of all necessary details, coordinate and serve food and beverages, and ensure successful cooperation with our partners. Regulations forbid customers from providing their own alcoholic beverages – but for celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries, you are more than welcome to bring your own cakes.

Capacity is currently somewhat limited due to the health measures mandated by the Covid-19 pandemic. For the safety and well-being of everyone involved, our expert staff ensures thorough compliance with all health guidelines and regulations.

The Lounge

Capacity: 25 persons

An intimate, pleasant and modern café & bar.

Byscena – The main stage

Capacity: 370 persons

This venue includes a stage with advanced sound and lighting systems, a large screen for screenings and presentations, and even a bar. It is suitable for standing as well as seated audiences – or a combination. The venue can be rigged to create a broad rang of styles and moods.

The Gallery

Capacity: 80 persons

A classical and elegant room that has good capacity – and a grand piano. It’s perfect for bubbly and hors d’oeuvres, receptions and good conversation, with pleasant music in the background. The venue is also popular for exhibitions and intimate cultural events. This is where we host our popular Afternoon Tea.

Backstage

Capacity: 8 persons

This pleasant meeting room, which is decorated in a retro style, is often used to meet the needs of our visiting musicians and artists. However, it is also an ideal venue for a group of friends or colleagues enjoying, say, a fine meal followed by drinks. Retro furniture from Askeladden helps create the room’s cosy and informal ambience.

Park 22 Courses & Seminars

Park 22 offers venues for conference, lectures and seminars. The good ambience is accentuated by good service and creative energy. We can host events ranging from small meetings to major conferences. If you wish, we can provide lunch and refreshments from The Lounge, as well as any equipment or facilities your group needs to have a productive, successful event. In collaboration with our partners in Park 22, any part of the building – or even the entire building – can be placed at your disposal.

We provide perfect venues for board meetings, negotiations, strategy sessions, project work and team building. Park 22 is conveniently situated in the heart of town, near hotels and other services. This means your professional event can easily be combined with various activities. If you wish, we will gladly to provide suitable entertainment. Our expert staff can suggest various themes, plant the event in dialogue with you, and make sure every detail is carried out to your satisfaction.

Welcome!

Food & Beverage

The Lounge will provide food and beverages for all types of events: conferences, company celebrations, birthday parties and weddings. And we’ll gladly tailor the food to the needs and desires of your group.

We are fully licensed. Thus our offerings include a good range of wines, beers, classic drinks, and locally-produced beverages. Of course we also brew excellent coffee, and offer tea and mineral water.

Synnøve has a talent for Asian flavours and exciting combinations will spice up your luncheon meeting, or will make your evening event extra special.

We have also hosted events with pop-up chefs – there are many exciting culinary options. Feel free to contact us to discuss the options and possibilities, and to offer your suggestions and requests.

Entertainment

We offer a broad range of entertainment and activities for your events. Would you like music? A certain genre, old favourites, or a custom playlist? Stand-up comedy? Quizzes and friendly competition? Our twist on Afternoon Tea or Wine & Vinyl? We can even arrange speakers on fascinating topics. Entertainment can mean many things – and it can be planned to the smallest detail, or be very informal and improvised. The possibilities are endless.
